Shipping Services and Timing
Our standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days within Canada after a processing time of 1 to 3 business days. Please note that orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be processed the next Monday or Tuesday accordingly.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on all orders over $85 CAD. Orders below this amount have a flat-rate fee of $9.95. Oversize and heavy items incur an additional shipping surcharge ranging from $5 to $20, depending on size and weight. This surcharge is clearly indicated during checkout.
Delivery Notes
We are unable to deliver orders to PO Boxes. In some cases, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra charge. Shipping and delivery times can vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
